Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency.
- Conduct quality checks on products before shipment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to pass a Basic Skills Assessment
- Ability to understand and adhere to all safety requirements
- Ability to successfully complete a drug screen and background check
- Read and understand English
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work overtime as required.
Starting wage $15.50 for 1st shift and $16.50 for 2nd with no experience. We will train.
