What you will do

  • Run timely, precise payroll cycles for all employees.
  • Keep employee records current and ensure alignment with labor laws and regulations.
  • Assist recruiting by creating job postings and organizing interview schedules.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including orientations and exit interviews.
  • Serve as a go-to resource for questions about HR policies, benefits, and payroll.
  • Help craft, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Audit payroll and benefit information to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare labor reports and reconcile figures to the general ledger.

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or similar preferred.
  • 3+ years in HR and payroll administration.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll software and HRIS tools.
  • Strong organizational chops and sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
  • General accounting knowledge.
  • Skilled with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with labor regulations is a plus.
