Beast Mode Truckin seeks Class A CDL drivers for Western regional routes operating 53' dry van trailers. This role provides weekly home time, 100% no-touch freight, and structured OTR training for new drivers.

- Equipment: 53' dry van trailers
- Schedule: Weekly home time; trainees available for 4–6 weeks OTR training
- Average mileage: ~2,200–2,500 miles/week
Compensation & benefits
- $1,300–$1,800 per week (dependent on miles and pay tier)
- Trainee pay: $650/week; post-training pay: $0.55–$0.75 per mile
- Stop pay: $15 per stop; monthly performance bonus up to $0.06/mile
- Benefits begin after 30 days (medical, dental, 401(k), paid time off)
Minimum requirements
- Valid Class A CDL; minimum age 21
- Graduate of an accredited truck driving school (minimum 120 hours)
- Fair driving record: no major accidents, major violations, or suspensions in past 5 years; no DUI in past 5 years
- Not terminated from most recent employment for safety-related reasons
- Stable work history (generally stable 10-year history; minimum six months in last year or one year in last three years)
- Ability to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screens; certain criminal convictions reviewed case-by-case

- Structured on-road mentoring provided until drivers are ready for solo assignments
