Overview:
Aegis Worldwide is curently partnered with a slow release medication manufacturer.
Responsibilities
- Operate packet sealing machines, paper loading equipment, and ultrasonic sealing systems
- Monitor product quality and perform routine checks to ensure specifications are met
- Inspect finished packets for defects before packaging
- Report any quality issues or defective materials to the technician or supervisor
- Follow all safety (ESHA) and GMP guidelines to maintain a safe and compliant work environment
- Read and follow work orders and process instructions accurately
- Support continuous improvement efforts such as 6S and team performance initiatives
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Basic math skills for measurements and production tasks
- Ability to read, write, and understand instructions, work orders, and documentation in English
- Strong attention to detail for quality inspection
- Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies consistently
- Willingness to work in a team environment and support operational improvements
