Role snapshot (2nd shift)

• Lead a fabrication cell, guiding operators day‑to‑day to achieve schedule, quality, and safety targets.
• Translate blueprints, work orders, and operation sheets into clear, executable tasks.
• Inspect parts regularly—both visually and dimensionally—using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and squares.
• Enforce housekeeping and safety; coordinate equipment care and report malfunctions immediately.
• Coach, train, and cross‑train team members; plan, assign, and direct work to meet demand.
• Collaborate with the area supervisor to drive teamwork and adherence to company procedures.
• Support people processes: interviewing, hiring, performance feedback, recognition, discipline, and conflict resolution as needed.

What you’ll work with

You’ll excel if you have

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of fabrication experience.
• Bonus: a college degree and prior leadership/supervisory background.
• Strength in GD&T, blueprint reading, and frontline supervisory skills.
