We’re looking for a detail-obsessed Procurement Operations Analyst in Grantsburg, WI to secure high-quality materials and services at the right price—without missing a beat on production timelines.

Your mission

• Turn MRP and engineering requests into accurate RFQs and competitive bids.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms that balance cost, quality, and delivery.
• Issue and manage purchase orders, ensuring on-time delivery for goods and services.
• Use MRP knowledge to prioritize buys aligned to production schedules.
• Resolve supplier issues spanning delivery slips, price discrepancies, invoicing errors, and quality concerns.
• Support cross-functional partners and jump in on other tasks as business needs evolve.

Are you the right fit?

• Education: High school graduate.
• Experience: 5+ years in manufacturing purchasing preferred.
• Skills: Negotiation, vendor communication, data analysis, and decision-making.
• Tools: Microsoft Office Suite and procurement platforms; MES exposure a plus.
• Traits: Detail-oriented, exceptionally organized, self-directed, and collaborative.

Standards, systems, and schedule

• Proficiency areas: Sourcing and procurement; AS9100 experience.
• Technologies: Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES); MRP literacy.
• Workstyle: 9/80 schedule with alternating Fridays off—26 extra days off annually.
