HVAC/R Lead

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated commercial HVAC/R Lead to join our team in Stoughton, MA. As an HVAC/R Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. Rack refrigeration system experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of HVAC/R technicians in daily operations.
• Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC/R systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC/R issues.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and inventory.
• Communicate effectively with clients to assess their needs and provide solutions.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC/R preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC/R systems.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Knowledge of local codes and regulations related to HVAC/R.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts as needed.
