Growth & Marketing Intern / New Grad

About the Role

A fast-growing, pre-seed-funded AI HR tech startup is building its growth engine from the ground up. As a Growth & Marketing Intern / New Grad, you'll own end-to-end growth programs — from cold outbound and paid acquisition to content, SEO, and events — driving real, measurable outcomes. This is a high-ownership role designed for someone who thinks scientifically about every channel and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end growth programs across outbound, paid acquisition, content/brand, SEO, partnerships, and events.
  • Treat every channel as a scientific process: formulate hypotheses, run A/B tests, measure metrics, and iterate.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize outbound programs (cold email) and manage deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warming, sender reputation).
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.
  • Create and distribute high-velocity content including blogs, email newsletters, social posts, testimonials, case studies, and product stories.
  • Shape and execute an SEO strategy covering topic research, on-page optimization, and internal linking.
  • Build marketing partnerships and organize online and offline events to drive meaningful attendance and pipeline.

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Proven ability to own outcomes and drive measurable impact, not just execute tasks.
  • Experience across multiple growth/marketing domains (outbound, paid acquisition, content/brand, SEO, partnerships, events).
  • Familiarity with paid acquisition channels (Meta, LinkedIn, Google) — ability to plan, launch, and optimize campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset: comfortable formulating hypotheses, running A/B tests, and iterating on results.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience organizing and driving attendance for online and offline events, and managing marketing partnerships.
  • SEO expertise: topic research, on-page optimization, and internal linking strategy.
  • Experience running outbound email programs and managing deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warming, sender reputation).
  • Strong content creation skills across blogs, email, social, newsletters, testimonials, case studies, and product stories.
  • Background in recruitment, HR tech, or AI talent platforms.
