Sales & Ops Associate

About the Role

Join a seed-funded B2B SaaS platform for home services and trades businesses as a Sales & Ops Associate. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role embedded within the company's in-house roofing operation in Berlin — a live testing ground where you'll drive real sales, run experiments, and help scale what works across a growing partner network throughout Germany.

What You'll Do

  • Drive sales alongside an experienced master roofer, owning deals end-to-end
  • Design, run, and analyze sales, ops, and product experiments (e.g. pilot programs, A/B tests)
  • Identify what works and help systematize and scale it to the wider partner network
  • Collaborate closely with both tradespeople and leadership, reporting bi-weekly to the CEO
  • Contribute to operational improvements across quoting, customer contact, and lead generation workflows

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • 1–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or operations in a B2B or B2C context (SDR, BDR, AE, Außendienst, or similar)
  • Genuine interest in designing and running structured experiments and analyzing outcomes
  • Willingness to work on-site in Berlin, Germany
  • Fluent German — spoken and written (essential for day-to-day customer and partner work)
  • Eligible to work in Germany without visa sponsorship

Nice to Have:

  • Experience or genuine interest in the construction, roofing, or skilled trades sector

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: €65,000 – €80,000
  • OTE: €100,000+ (uncapped commission)
  • Equity participation

Location

This role is on-site in Berlin, Germany. No visa sponsorship is available — candidates must already be eligible to work in Germany.
