Grow your craft

• Cut, bend, and shape sheet metal with press brakes, shears, and CNC equipment
• Assemble coil and copper subassemblies for HVAC systems
• Braze copper components to spec
• Interpret blueprints and confirm measurements with a tape measure
• Inspect completed work and follow all safety guidelines

Earn well, work smart

• 1st Shift – $17.72/hr
• 2nd Shift – $17.72/hr + $1 shift differential ($18.72/hr)
• 1st Shift Fabrication – Monday - Thursday, 5:30am–4:00pm
• 2nd Shift Fabrication – Monday - Thursday, 4:00pm–2:30am
• Overtime Friday/Saturday is possible during peak seasons.

What it takes to thrive

• Fabrication or sheet metal experience, or transferable mechanical skills
• Manufacturing fabrication experience highly preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and written work instructions in English
• Experience with hand tools and metalworking equipment
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
• Stable work history highly preferred
