Outbound Logistics Fulfillment Associate
Picture the start of your shift: you clock in to a clean, climate-controlled distribution floor where a quick team huddle sets the tone for accuracy and pace. Your pick list loads, you navigate aisles efficiently, select the correct items, double-check quantities, and prepare each order to ship right the first time. When a trailer is ready, you help load it safely. Throughout the day, you keep your area spotless and follow every safety step—sometimes operating pallet jacks or forklifts if assigned.
Schedule & Pay
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | $19.50/hour
- 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM | $21.45/hour
- Schedule: Full-time
- Openings: Multiple
What You’ll Do
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders for on-time shipment
- Load and unload shipments as needed to keep freight moving
- Verify order accuracy, inspect products, and resolve discrepancies
- Operate pallet jacks or forklifts (as assigned) with a safety-first mindset
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and efficient work area
What You Bring
- Previous warehouse experience required
- Comfort standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Solid basic math skills and a keen eye for detail
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
