This remote position is targeted to candidates residing in the state of Georgia, United States, and operates primarily on Eastern Time.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their destination preferences and needs
- Research and coordinate destination options, accommodations, and experiences
- Provide detailed information and personalized recommendations
- Maintain accurate client records and manage follow-up communications
- Collaborate with team members and external suppliers to ensure smooth coordination
- Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the planning process
