Role Snapshot

• Pull inventory and pick items according to order specifications
• Pack products securely for shipment and support outbound processing
• Thrive in a fast-paced, physical environment in our fulfillment area

Compensation

Starting pay: $16.50/hour

2nd shift premium: Additional shift differential applies

Scheduling Options

• Full-Time: 1st shift and 2nd shift
• FLEX: Non-traditional hours (see FLEX details)

Qualifications (All Roles)

• Understand and comply with all safety requirements
• Read and understand English

FLEX Program

Requirements

• Work every other month for 3–4 weeks, including required overtime (10–12 hour shifts and/or weekends)
• Off during the alternating months due to lower production demand (extra hours may be available)
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
