Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

Join a fast-growing, Series A fintech startup building a next-generation wealth management platform for the next generation of investors. What You'll Do

  • Build and ship full stack features across the web and mobile surfaces of a consumer fintech product used by a large and growing user base.
  • Work closely with product, design, and data teams to deliver intuitive, performant user experiences.
  • Contribute to backend services, APIs, and data pipelines that power investing, AI, and portfolio management features.
  • Participate in code reviews, technical planning, and architecture discussions.
  • Maintain high standards for code quality, security, and reliability in a regulated financial environment.

What We're Looking For

  • Required: Strong foundations in full stack software development — entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks (e.g. React, React Native) and backend technologies (e.g. Node.js, Python, or similar).
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), and cloud infrastructure (e.g. AWS, GCP).
  • A passion for building consumer-facing products with great UX.
  • Ability and willingness to work on-site in New York, NY.
  • Nice to have: Prior experience or strong interest in fintech, investing, or financial services; exposure to AI/ML integrations.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $170,000 – $220,000 USD annually

Location

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY. Candidates must be able to commute to the New York office. Visa sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.
