Precision OD/ID Grinding Specialist & CNC Lathe Machinist

Current Openings — OD/ID Grinding

• 1st Shift: 5:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 1:30 AM (10% night shift differential)

Compensation

• OD/ID Grinding: Up to ~ $40/hr for “master‑class” talent
• Turning (Lathe): Can stretch to ~ $40/hr for elite, aerospace‑gear‑level capability
• $100K+/year potential driven by consistent overtime
• Frequent raises per union contract
• 10% night shift differential

What You’ll Work On

OD/ID Grinding

• High-precision OD/ID grinding on aerospace/gear components
• Operate in a precision machining environment with rigorous quality expectations

Turning (Lathe)

• Own full setups independently—program, calculate, and run your work
• Read prints and manufacture parts from scratch in a job-shop setting
• Handle frequent changeovers efficiently

Who Thrives Here
