Remote Client Experience Specialist | Work From Home | Training Provided

We are seeking a remote Client Experience Specialist to support clients through scheduling, coordination, and service-related communication in a fast-paced remote environment. This role is well suited to organised, reliable individuals who enjoy working directly with people in a structured support capacity. Training is provided, and we welcome candidates from diverse professional backgrounds. This remote position is open to candidates based in Seattle, WA and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage client communications and respond to support requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate schedules and perform appointment-related tasks
  • Assist with service updates, follow-ups, and client outreach
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems as required
  • Provide a consistent, high-quality client experience across interactions

Required qualifications and attributes:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and comfort working in a structured, task-based environment
  • Attention to detail and the ability to remain responsive under changing priorities
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for remote work
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, administrative support, or similar roles is a plus
