The NetSuite Support / Implementation Specialist is responsible for providing technical support, training, and expertise during the implementation and ongoing use of NetSuite ERP solutions. This role bridges the gap between business operations and technology, ensuring seamless system configuration, deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization to meet business needs.

Responsibilities:
Implementation Support
Lead or assist in NetSuite implementation projects, including requirements gathering, system configuration, data migration, testing, and deployment.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business processes, translating them into NetSuite workflows and configurations.
Design and implement customizations, scripts, and workflows to meet unique business requirements.
Support the integration of NetSuite with other business systems and third-party applications.
Ongoing Support
Serve as the primary point of contact for NetSuite support, troubleshooting system issues, and resolving user queries in a timely manner.
Monitor system performance and ensure its reliability, scalability, and uptime.
Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within NetSuite, ensuring security and compliance.
Perform regular system audits to maintain data integrity and ensure adherence to best practices.
Training and Documentation
Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users to enhance proficiency and adoption of NetSuite.
Create and maintain detailed documentation, including user guides, technical specifications, and process workflows.
Optimization and Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to optimize NetSuite functionalities and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and productivity.
Stay updated on NetSuite releases, new features, and industry trends, implementing upgrades and new capabilities as needed.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to align NetSuite capabilities with evolving business needs.
Project Management
Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables for NetSuite-related projects.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration with internal teams, external consultants, and vendors throughout project lifecycles.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite, including implementation and support.
Proven experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteAnalytics.
Familiarity with ERP integrations, APIs, and third-party tools (e.g., Celigo, Boomi, or MuleSoft).
Proficiency in NetSuite modules such as Finance, CRM, Inventory, and Order Management.
Advanced understanding of SQL and data management principles.
Experience with data migration, mapping, and validation.
Knowledge of business processes in finance, supply chain, or manufacturing.
Experience with Agile or similar project management methodologies.
