Imagine starting your morning with a planned route, rolling up to a customer’s home, and turning a damaged favorite into a like-new showpiece. If you enjoy hands-on craftsmanship, problem-solving on the spot, and delivering a world-class customer experience, this field-based role was made for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Complete a wide range of entry-level through advanced repairs, including color-matching, solid color paper/side refinishing, minor surface corrections on case pieces and tables, and small corner rebuilds.
  • Execute advanced replacement-part repairs and determine when fixes cannot be completed on-site—documenting accurately and escalating as needed.
  • Assess damage quickly to choose the most efficient repair approach; help inspect damaged items and advise whether “like-new” restoration is achievable.
  • Operate hand and power tools safely, including drills, impact drivers, and multi-tools; maintain basic knowledge of spray booth setup and operation.
  • Communicate supply, parts, and tool maintenance needs; keep your service vehicle, tools, and any shop/repair areas clean and organized.
  • Collaborate with warehouse teams on minor touch-up techniques during inspections and identify damage, loss, or surplus of stored goods.
  • Document and follow through on recurring product damage trends; assist fellow technicians when needed.
  • Follow planned routes to arrive on time for customer appointments and adhere to all company driving policies, including annual MVR review requirements.
  • Demonstrate the Company’s Core and Growth Values while complying with all safety regulations and proper product usage.
  • Complete periodic bench-testing evaluations to validate and strengthen your skills.
