Fiberglass Laborer

**General Summary and Purpose:

**

The Fiberglass Laborer I is a core team member of the Operations Department. The Fiberglass Laborer I is responsible for performing the daily fiberglass assembly procedures.

**Duties and Responsibilities:

**

• Cutting, grinding, sanding, buffing and assembly of fiberglass parts
• Maintain equipment and keep workspace in good condition
• Analyze and report any issues, malfunctions or defective parts
• Other duties as assigned

**Job Requirements:

**

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Ability to work within a team environment
• Adaptable to a continuous improvement environment and contributes with ideas
• Ability to work independently with limited direction
• Must have excellent attendance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Job Specifications:

**

• A high school diploma or GED is required
• Manufacturing experience preferred
