- Advanced Design: Craft high-quality dental restorations using 3Shape and Exocad.
- Complex Case Management: Oversee digital designs for anterior crowns/veneers, anterior implant restorations, full-arch/large bridge cases, and implant-supported prosthetics.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with production teams to maintain strict functional and esthetic standards.
- Workflow Optimization: Troubleshoot digital workflows and refine case designs.
- Team Leadership: Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior CAD/CAM technicians.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, new dental materials, and manufacturing technologies.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of dedicated dental CAD/CAM design experience.
- Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency with 3Shape Dental System and Exocad.
- Anatomy Expertise: Deep understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, and restorative principles.
- Material Knowledge: Familiarity with Zirconia, Layered Zirconia, E.max, PMMA, and implant components.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational skills, and a natural leadership mindset.
- Certified Dental Technician (CDT) designation.
- Experience with complete scan-to-restoration digital workflows.
- Strong artistic eye for cosmetic and esthetic design.
