Coffee Service Route Sales Specialist

  • Mandan, ND
  • 17.60 - 22 USD Hourly

Step into a day on the route

You start your morning by checking your manifest and vehicle, then head out to provide route relief for a set list of customers. At each stop, you verify inventory levels, rotate stock, and make sure the beverage station looks and performs exactly to standard. You run at least one CQC (Cup Quality Check) every day, tidy and sanitize equipment, and make quick adjustments when needed. As orders go out, you manage invoices, collect payments, and look for smart opportunities to grow revenue per stop by filling product gaps, executing seasonal and limited-time promotions, and applying pricing updates. If an issue arises, you escalate it promptly to the Area Sales Manager (ASM) and follow through to ensure the customer is satisfied.

Between calls, you watch for efficiencies, noting any service opportunities or customer feedback and sharing them with the ASM. You also back up teammates by pitching in on inventory cycle counts, warehouse tasks, and occasional customer service or accounts receivable work. Throughout the day, you use the Farmer Brothers Way to Sell to build loyalty—and when time allows, you make additional sales calls.
