Step into a hands-on role where every shift brings variety. As our Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you’ll keep production humming by diagnosing, repairing, and improving complex equipment across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic domains.

Compensation & Schedule

  • Pay: $28.00 per hour
  • Sign-on Bonus: $2,000
  • Schedule: 7am-7pm (rotating days and nights every 63 days, 2-2-3 schedule)

A Day in the Life

Start your day with a quick handoff, then dive into preventive checks and urgent calls. One moment you’re aligning a drive shaft and coupling on a conveyor, the next you’re tracing a control fault to a failed contactor or encoder. You’ll read schematics, meter for live voltage, and return lines to service with precision and care.

What You’ll Work On

  • Power transmission assemblies: service and install gears, pulleys, sprockets, belts, bearings, shafts, and couplings.
  • Pneumatic circuits: rebuild cylinders, replace valves/solenoids, route air lines, and verify manifolds and piping.
  • Electrical systems (single- and three-phase): troubleshoot motors, switches, wiring, conduit, starters/ contactors, fuses, encoders, and breakers.
  • Hydraulics: maintain cylinders, pumps, valves, solenoids, motors, hoses, piping, and manifolds.
  • Use shop tools and test equipment safely and effectively.
  • Read wiring schematics and use multimeters confidently to identify the presence of voltage.
  • Diagnose and repair automation equipment issues.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years in a maintenance role preferred.
  • Training/experience with 480V three-phase systems and machine controls.
  • Background with manufacturing methods, process improvement programs, and procedures (required).
  • Experience with VFD drives and PLCs (preferred).
  • Forklift experience is a plus.
  • Ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to stay safe and continually learn and develop.
  • Completion of company training courses as assigned by management.
