As our sole on-site EHS Specialist, you’ll spend your time engaging with team members at all levels to build a proactive safety culture while also managing the formal side of EHS—regulatory reporting, documentation, and coordination with corporate and external agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage documentation for audits, inspections, training, permits, and regulatory filings.

  • Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.

  • Coordinate environmental reporting (air, water, waste, Tier II, Form R, etc.).

  • Collaborate with plant leadership and corporate teams on safety initiatives and reporting.

  • Balance people-focused work with accuracy and attention to administrative detail.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field – required

  • CHMM, ASP/CSP, or CIH certification – preferred

  • 2–6 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
