Alternative Work Schedule (AWS) - 2nd shift, Friday-Sunday, 6p-6:30a
2nd shift: Monday-Friday, 5p-5:30a + optional OT on weekends, ~ Nov 2 plan to shift to 2p-10:10p must have flexibility to work both schedules.

Alternative Work Schedule (AWS) - 1st shift, Friday-Sunday, 6a-6:30p
2nd shift, Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 4pm to 2:30am. Must be able to work OT on Fridays and/or Saturdays as needed.
[Responsibilities]
- Safely operate power tools to assemble components with precision and prevent defects
- Perform various assembly and product testing tasks by following established procedures
- Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and bills of material to ensure accurate assembly
- Consistently meet quality specifications and production deadlines
- Identify and communicate process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality
- Maintain workstation cleanliness and support department-wide housekeeping efforts
- Demonstrate strong work ethic and uphold personal productivity, quality, and safety standards
- Show flexibility and willingness to learn multiple assembly stations
- Availability for overtime and weekend shifts as required
[Required Skills and Experience]
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing assembly
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, standard work instructions, and using precision measuring instruments
- Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and focus on safety
