Post-Coating De-Masking Technician & Packaging Specialist
Shift: 1st Shift
Location: Stanton, CA
Pay: $16.90 – $18.40 per hour
A day in this role
On first shift in Stanton, you’ll arrive to rows of freshly finished components from painting, anodizing, and plating lines. Your focus is precision: carefully lift parts from racks without a nick or scuff, verify counts, and ensure each piece is fully dry before it moves on. Using safety blades and air tools, you’ll remove masking and clean up any paint burrs. For tougher masking, you’ll dip parts in designated tanks to help loosen residue. Once clean, you’ll package to spec so every shipment arrives in perfect condition. Throughout the day you’ll cart materials between departments with a cart or pallet jack, flag quality concerns immediately, and keep production flowing.
