Beast Mode Truckin seeks Class A CDL drivers, including recent graduates, for regional no‑touch dry van operations across the Eastern Seaboard. Drivers will operate company 53' dry van tractors to complete scheduled regional deliveries while complying with company and regulatory safety standards.
- Key responsibilities: Safely operate 53' dry van tractors; perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections and basic vehicle care; handle primarily drop‑and‑hook freight; maintain accurate ELD/logbook records and comply with Hours‑of‑Service rules.
- Compensation & benefits: $1,200–$1,400/week (varies with miles/experience); per‑mile $0.55–$0.65; $15 per stop. Trainee pay $650/week for 4–6 weeks. Safety bonus $0.06/mile for qualifying drivers. $300 paid orientation. Medical, dental, 401(k), and PTO available after 30 days.
- Schedule: Regional Eastern Seaboard lanes (~2,500 miles/week). Typical patterns: out ~12 days, home ~2 (bi‑weekly home time). Day or night driving as required. New drivers paired with a trainer for 4–6 weeks.
- Minimum qualifications: Valid Class A CDL; age 21 or older; graduate of accredited truck driving school (minimum 120 hours) encouraged. Reasonably clean driving record (no DUI in past 5 years; no disqualifying convictions per company policy). Ability to pass pre‑employment urine and hair drug screens.
