The challenge youll own
Ensure that plant infrastructure and production-support assets are safe, compliant, and ready when needed. Lead the day-to-day maintenance plan, respond to issues quickly, and continuously raise the bar on reliability and uptime.
What success looks like
- Daily leadership: allocate work, coach technicians, coordinate with Operations, and drive CMMS discipline to keep work orders current and closed on time.
- Expert troubleshooting: diagnose and fix problems across electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- PM mastery: build and manage PM routines for facilities and support equipment (compressors, electrical systems, IT-supporting infrastructure).
- Fast response: minimize downtime through rapid triage and effective resource coordination.
- Vendor oversight: manage contractors for specialty repairs, facility upgrades, and OSHA/EPA/plant-standard inspections.
- Facility stewardship: regular inspections of buildings, utilities, safety systems, and environmental controls.
- Spare parts readiness: maintain critical inventory of spares, tools, and consumables.
- Compliance first: adhere to OSHA, EPA, and site policies; maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Continuous improvement: propose energy-saving ideas, reliability upgrades, and process refinements.
What you need to bring
- 5+ years in industrial/manufacturing facility maintenance.
- Hands-on depth with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- CMMS know-how for work orders, preventive maintenance, and asset records.
- Team-lead or supervisory experience in an industrial setting.
- Comfort reading prints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Knowledge of compressed air, vacuum, chilled water, and process ventilation utilities.
- Nice to have: HVAC, electrical, welding certifications, or OSHA 30.
- Physically able to lift, climb, and work on the plant floor.
Where youll work
- Full-time, on site at a manufacturing facility.
- Environment includes industrial equipment, noise, and changing temperatures.
- Occasional after-hours/on-call support for shutdowns and emergencies.

- Experience with 120/208/240/480V electrical systems
- Electrical repair capability
- High-voltage systems familiarity
- Broad maintenance and repair skills
- Industrial electrical experience
- Performing machine safety inspections
