We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Voice Tech Support Professional to join our team in a fractional capacity. This role requires expertise in technical support, customer interactions via inbound and outbound calls, product demonstrations, and CRM systems.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in startup environments and be comfortable managing multiple client accounts efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with technical issues and product inquiries.
Conduct live product demonstrations to showcase features and functionality.
Provide tech support and troubleshooting assistance with a focus on excellent customer service.
Utilize CRM systems to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
Manage multiple client engagements, offering tailored solutions and support.
Maintain clear and concise documentation of interactions and resolutions.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in technical support, customer service, or a related field.
Strong ability to conduct product demonstrations and explain technical concepts in an accessible way.
Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is highly preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills and phone etiquette.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively across multiple client accounts.
Experience with CRM systems and support ticketing tools.
Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a remote work setting.
Position Details:
Shared resource: Supporting up to 4 clients.
Remote role: Requires a 100mbps (download & upload speed) internet connection and a professional work setup.
