What You’ll Do
You’ll keep machines, equipment, and the building in good working condition so production runs smoothly and safely.
Your Main Tasks
- Perform routine maintenance and repair equipment when needed
- Follow maintenance schedules and complete work orders
- Grease, oil, and replace filters on machines
- Inspect equipment to find wear or potential problems
- Service equipment like lift trucks and other material handlers
- Handle basic building repairs (lighting, doors, minor fixes)
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
- Help minimize downtime and keep production running
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
What You Need
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of maintenance or mechanical repair experience
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
Nice to Have
- Electrical experience (reading schematics, basic wiring)
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Welding experience
- Experience with industrial or foundry equipment
- Experience servicing lift trucks or mobile equipment
Work Environment
- Manufacturing setting with active machinery
- Physical work (standing, lifting, moving equipment)
