Manufacturing Quality Assurance Technician II

Step Into a Day in Manufacturing Quality

When the line starts at 5:45am, you’re the quality heartbeat of the operation. You begin with first-piece verification, confirming the very first unit off the line meets every requirement. Throughout the shift, you rotate between in-process checkpoints and final acceptance reviews, applying visual, mechanical, and functional tests with calibrated gages. You log findings in the quality management system, flag trends, and huddle with production to drive immediate corrective actions. By 2:00pm, your thorough documentation, audits, and 5S discipline have safeguarded safety, reliability, and compliance across the floor.
