Your Day on the Job
Arrive on a commercial job site, review the plans, and coordinate with other trades to sequence the work. You’ll move from layout to installation, tackling rough-ins, saw cutting where needed, and setting fixtures like toilets and urinals. As the day progresses, you’ll diagnose any issues that pop up, keep safety front and center, document your work and materials, and ensure the project stays on schedule—whether it’s a new build or a retrofit.
What You'll Do
- Execute commercial plumbing for new construction and retrofit projects.
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and related components in commercial buildings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues quickly and effectively.
- Collaborate closely with general contractors and other trades to meet project milestones.
- Follow all safety procedures and comply with applicable codes and regulations.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure system performance.
- Maintain accurate records of labor, work performed, and materials used.
- Deliver professional, courteous communication and service to clients.
- All work is in PA, Majority Delaware, Chester, Montgomery Counites.
What You Bring
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial plumbing.
- Hands-on capability with saw cutting and rough-ins.
- Experience setting and servicing toilets, urinals, and bathroom fixtures.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Effective communicator with solid interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
