Low-Slope Roof Installation Assistant

Location: Milford, OH | Employer: Holland Roofing

Pay: $22.50/hour | Bonus: $1,000 total ($300 at 90 days, $300 at 120 days, $400 at one year)

Is This You?

• Comfortable working outdoors and doing physical tasks
• Hands-on background—construction, trade school, or similar
• Know your way around power tools and outdoor equipment
• Forklifts or basket lifts experience is a plus
• Exposure to roofing, carpentry, masonry, sheet metal, landscaping, concrete, asphalt, plumbing, or comparable trades
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
• Ready to learn commercial roofing (no roofing experience required)

How We Work

Start each day by driving directly from home to the jobsite. When the work is done, you head straight home—no daily office commute. Sites will change as projects are completed, giving you variety and new challenges.
