• Location: South Bend, IN
• Pay: $22.00–$26.00 per hour
• Schedule: 2nd shift, roughly 2:00/2:30 PM – 12:00/12:30 AM
• Status: Direct hire
• Industry: Medical device manufacturing

Your impact

• Run Swiss-style lathes (Citizen preferred) to produce tight-tolerance components
• Load/unload material and monitor machines for performance and consistency
• Make basic setups, offsets, and in-process adjustments
• Measure parts with calipers, micrometers, and comparators
• Follow blueprints and SOPs; document per ISO quality standards

What you will bring

• At least 1 year of CNC machining or machine operation experience
• Comfort reading prints and using precision measurement tools
• High attention to detail and eagerness to learn
• Preferred: CNC education, certificate, or technical training
• Motivation to advance into setup or machinist roles
