Structural Welder

Job description:

We are seeking a Production Welder to support a high-volume manufacturing operation. This role focuses on repetitive production welding in a structured, safety-driven environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable following blueprints, maintaining consistent weld quality, and working extended shifts based on production needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume production welding on steel components
• Follow blueprints, schematics and work instructions
• Complete repetitive welding tasks while maintaining quality standards
• Meet production and safety expectations
• Participate in daily safety meetings and job briefings
• Communicate with supervisors regarding work orders and priorities

Requirements

• Welding experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Experience with MIG welding
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and attendance
