Class A CDL Truck Driver - Western 14 Regional - Welcoming CDL Graduates

Beast Mode Truckin seeks Class A CDL drivers, including recent graduates, to operate company‑provided 53' dry vans on Western regional lanes. Routes are primarily no‑touch, drop‑and‑hook freight with consistent home time and paid training for new drivers.

• Compensation: $1,200–$1,300 per week. After‑training pay: $0.43–$0.57 per mile (sliding scale). Experienced pay: $0.50–$0.71 per mile. Training pay (drivers with under 6 months’ experience): $680 per week during a 4–6 week OTR training period. Monthly safety bonus up to $0.06 per mile.
• Benefits: Medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off available after 30 days.
• Schedule & miles: Western 14‑state regional lanes, approximately 2,300 miles per week on average. Bi‑weekly home time with at least a 34‑hour reset at home (may occur weekly or every two weeks). Day or night shifts as required by lane assignments. One‑day orientation at the nearest terminal (examples: Lathrop, Sparks).

Key responsibilities

• Safely operate 53' dry van tractors on assigned regional routes.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and routine vehicle care.
• Handle primarily no‑touch, drop‑and‑hook freight; occasional live load/unload duties may occur.
• Maintain accurate ELD or paper logs and comply with Hours‑of‑Service and federal regulations.
• Follow company safety procedures and participate in required training and coaching.

Minimum qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL; minimum age 21.
• Graduation from an accredited truck driving school with at least 120 hours (recent graduates encouraged).
• Reasonably clean driving record: no major accidents, major violations, or suspensions within the past five years; no DUI within five years.
• No involuntary termination from most recent employment; employment history reviewed for stability (limited gaps preferred).
• Able to pass pre‑employment urine and hair drug screens and required background checks; safety review will consider criminal convictions.

Training and support

• Paid OTR training with a trainer for new drivers and structured onboarding.
• Ongoing safety coaching and support to prepare drivers for regional operations.
