A major pharmaceutical manufacturing facility is seeking a
Senior Calibration Technician to perform advanced calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance on process instrumentation. This role supports critical equipment used in production and utilities and requires strong technical skills, reliability, and the ability to mentor junior techs.
What You’ll Do
- Perform calibrations, pre-commissioning checks, and troubleshooting on instruments (pressure, flow, temperature, pH, level, conductivity, weight, etc.)
- Conduct single-point and loop calibrations using multimeters, frequency calibrators, pressure/flow calibrators, digital indicators, RTD tools, etc.
- Diagnose and repair instrumentation and electrical components; perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Install, upgrade, or modify instrumentation as needed.
- Maintain accurate calibration records and follow SOPs, safety procedures, and cGMP requirements.
- Support cross-functional teams and help train junior technicians.
