2nd Shift (3pm – 12am)
Responsibilities
Lead and manage production-floor employees, including personnel administration, coaching, development, and day-to-day workforce oversight
Maintain a safe, productive, and compliant manufacturing environment while actively engaging with employees on the production floor
Develop a hands-on understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment to effectively support daily production operations
Monitor department productivity and production effectiveness, including production reporting, procedures, and inventory management
Ensure adherence to quality standards, product specifications, and safety requirements across production activities
Qualifications
Hands-on manufacturing experience, with the ability to maintain an active presence on the production floor
Proven experience managing, coaching, and developing employees, including handling disciplinary matters
Familiarity with time and attendance systems; experience with ERP systems is a plus
Strong analytical, mathematical, and computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
College degree or equivalent industry experience preferred, with a solid understanding of manufacturing operations
Candidate must reside within a 25-mile radius of Succasunna, NJ
Salary: $60K - $75K
