A Day in the Role

Join a growing manufacturing team where your MIG (GMAW) welding skills turn raw steel into finished product on a fast-moving production line. Your day starts by reviewing work orders and blueprints, confirming measurements, and setting up your welding station. You will move between fixtures and jigs, lay down consistent welds, and verify each part meets spec before it advances to the next stage.

What You’ll Do

• Weld steel components and production materials using MIG processes
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and measurements to plan each weld
• Operate welders, grinders, cutting tools, and related fabrication equipment
• Inspect completed welds for quality, strength, and dimensional accuracy
• Maintain required production pace while following established safety and quality procedures
• Assist with material handling and assembly tasks when needed
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic preventative maintenance
• Keep your workstation clean, organized, and ready for the next run

What You Bring

• Prior MIG welding experience preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure and understand basic blueprints
• High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Capability to stand, bend, lift, and work throughout a full shift in a manufacturing setting
• Comfort working independently and collaborating with a team
• Background in manufacturing or production is a plus

Physical Demands

• Lift up to 50 pounds
• Frequent standing, bending, reaching, and repetitive motion
• Work in a warehouse/industrial production environment

Schedule & Work Environment

• Full-time production schedule
• Overtime as needed to meet production demands
