We are seeking a Remote Client Experience Specialist to support clients through scheduling, coordination, and service-related communication in a fast-paced remote environment. This role is suited to organized, reliable individuals who enjoy working directly with people in a structured support capacity. This is a remote position with training provided; candidates based in Chicago, IL and the surrounding area are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
