Who are we hiring?

A precision-minded fabricator who excels at MIG welding and loves bringing complex mechanical blueprints to life in the form of large, custom industrial and data center enclosures.

What will I work on daily?

  • Layout, measure, cut, fit, and MIG weld sheet metal and structural steel components.
  • Assemble large enclosure sections to tight tolerances and verify alignment and structural integrity.
  • Use tape measures, calipers, and micrometers to confirm critical dimensions.

What tools will I use?

  • MIG welding equipment for custom fabrication work (not repetitive/high-volume production)
  • Saws, drills, grinders, and other power tools
  • Overhead cranes and material-handling equipment (forklift/crane experience is a plus)

What experience is required?

  • 3+ years in hands-on fabrication or welding (5+ preferred)
  • Strong MIG welding experience in a fabrication setting
  • Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints
  • Proven ability to fabricate and measure to tolerance
  • Comfort with common fabrication tools and equipment
  • Willingness to work extended hours, including overtime and occasional Saturdays
  • Comfortable with a 6-month contract-to-hire arrangement

What schedule should I expect?

  • Standard: 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
  • Often adjusted to: 5:00 AM–4:30 PM (Monday–Friday)

Is overtime available?

Yes: Expect 20+ hours per week when fully ramped up.

What are the employment details?

  • Pay: $22–$30/hour
  • Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (6 months)
  • Start Date: ASAP
