Senior Founder Associate

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Founder Associate to work closely with the founding team at a fast-moving AI talent platform startup. This is a 0→1 operator seat designed to shape core functions across product, growth, operations, and partnerships. You’ll own high-leverage projects end-to-end and help build the foundation of a category-defining platform.

What you'll do

• Founder-priority projects: drive new market initiatives, strategy, and execution.
• Candidate experience + funnel: improve conversion, quality, and outcomes for candidates.
• Operations & systems: design scalable processes to support rapid growth.
• Go-to-market support: help refine messaging, run experiments, and build strategic partnerships.
• Product feedback loops: translate real-world candidate and company needs into actionable product priorities.

What we're looking for

Required: Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate across founders, engineers, and recruiting stakeholders. Experience with one or more components of the tech stack (TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL) or demonstrated ability to learn quickly. On-site presence in San Francisco or willingness to work from the SF/Hackerhouse location. Prior startup experience or roles with high ownership and accountability.

Nice-to-have: Interest in AI-driven recruiting or a talent-first approach to hiring; comfort navigating ambiguity and moving quickly.

Compensation & benefits

Salary: $90,000–$120,000 annually
