Step onto the floor of a high-performing manufacturing plant and make an immediate impact. In this role, you’ll begin your 8-hour shift by reviewing priority work orders, conducting a quick walk-through of your assigned area, and confirming safety conditions. From there, you’ll move between preventive maintenance and fast-paced troubleshooting—keeping equipment reliable, safe, and ready for production.

What Your Day Looks Like

  • Diagnose and repair a wide range of plant equipment and facility systems swiftly and professionally.
  • Isolate faults, analyze root causes, and return machinery to service with minimal downtime.
  • Follow direction from the on-shift Maintenance Supervisor to align work with production priorities.
  • Perform daily walk-through inspections in your area to spot issues before they become problems.
  • Execute run-time and down-time preventive maintenance tasks to sustain reliability.
  • Log time and details by completing work orders accurately and on time.
  • Partner with production to troubleshoot process issues as they arise.
  • Keep your workspace, tools, and toolbox organized and clean.
  • Update supervisors, operators, and team members—verbally and in writing—on equipment status and repairs.
  • Promote a strong, collaborative team environment across shifts.
  • Work with a safety-first mindset and comply with LOTO, Arc Flash, Confined Space, and Environmental policies.
  • Respond promptly to both internal and external customer needs.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate’s degree in a maintenance or technical field preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
