Are you a "hunter" with a passion for digital dentistry? Join our team as a Strategic Outside Sales Representative. In this role, you aren’t just selling lab services; you are a digital workflow consultant helping General Practitioners and DSOs across Texas modernize their practices.
We provide the tech—including a premier intraoral scanner partnership program—and you provide the growth.
Hunt & Convert: Execute a high-activity prospecting cadence to identify and sign new GP and DSO accounts.
Digital Integration: Facilitate the placement of intraoral scanners and ensure clinical teams are fully onboarded and utilizing digital workflows.
Strategic Growth: Increase "share-of-wallet" in existing accounts by introducing new product lines (Fixed, Removable, Implants, Ortho).
Market Leadership: Represent the lab at trade shows, study clubs, and lead in-practice "Lunch-and-Learns."
Account Activation: High volume of new monthly account openings.
Digital Adoption: Driving the shift from traditional impressions to STL/digital case submissions.
Pipeline Accuracy: Maintaining a clean CRM and a predictable sales forecast.
Experienced: 3+ years of B2B field sales (Dental exp major plus).
Road Warrior: Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Texas territory (Dallas or Houston based).
Tech-Forward: Comfortable discussing digital case portals, 3D imaging, and scanner hardware.
Closer: A proven track record of territory expansion and hitting aggressive sales targets.
