Transportation Litigation Attorney – Sewell, NJ (hybrid)

A well-established Mid-Atlantic litigation defense firm is adding a transportation litigation attorney in its Sewell, New Jersey office. This is a backfill, so the work is there on day one.

What you will do:

Defend commercial motor vehicle and trucking matters from assignment through resolution. You will work directly with one partner and his book of work: a single-partner desk with real mentoring, not a department.

What you have:

Four to seven years of litigation defense experience, ideally in transportation or commercial motor vehicle matters. New Jersey bar admission is required.

The details:

Sewell, New Jersey. Hybrid, with a flexible split. Billable target of 1,900 hours. Compensation based on experience. Real advancement: one of the firm's current equity partners started there as a clerk.
