Responsibilities
- Assist clients with travel planning inquiries and provide guidance on destinations and travel options
- Coordinate trip details including accommodations, activities, and travel arrangements
- Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences and needs
- Provide friendly and professional support throughout the travel planning process
- Maintain accurate records of client requests and travel details
- Stay informed about travel updates, destinations, and travel resources
- Participate in online informational sessions and training when scheduled
