Do You Think in Microns?
If Swiss turning is your craft and Fanuc or Mitsubishi controls feel intuitive, this role is built for you. Imagine stepping to a Star, Citizen, or Tsugami lathe, blueprint in hand, and shaping raw material into precise, repeatable components.
Picture Your First Week
You’ll partner with the team to plan setups from print, select the right tools and fixtures, and bring machines online smoothly. As parts come off, you’ll verify dimensions with micrometers and calipers, fine-tune offsets, and document the process so every run is consistent. You’ll perform routine maintenance and tackle issues head-on to keep production flowing.
