At Nexus Employment, you’ll help keep products moving smoothly across multiple Northwest Indiana facilities. From placing items into cartons to applying labels and checking quality, your steady pace and attention to detail keep the line flowing and customers happy.

Pay, schedule, and stability

• Paid weekly
• Openings on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift
• Pay rate: $13.00 – $16.50 per hour
• Long-term, consistent work with room to grow

What you’ll do

• Package a variety of products on a production line
• Check items to ensure they meet quality standards
• Apply labels to products and finished packages
• Lift and move light boxes before they ship
• Hit daily production targets
• Follow company policies, procedures, and good manufacturing practices (GMP)
• Pitch in on warehouse and production projects as needed
• Keep your station clean and safe
