Full Job Description

We are hiring CDL-A Truck Drivers, including newly licensed and entry-level drivers, for dedicated regional positions based out of Chesapeake and Richmond, Virginia.

Enjoy WEEKENDS AT HOME, consistent dedicated freight, and average weekly earnings of approximately $1,300.

Drivers operate regional routes with early morning deliveries and return home for their weekly resets.

Compensation

Average weekly earnings: Approximately $1,300

Mileage pay listed at $0.90 per mile

$100 weekly safety and availability bonus

$20 stop pay

$40 short-haul pay for loads under 51 miles

Unload pay listed at $240

Approximately 1,000 miles weekly

Job Responsibilities

Transport dedicated dry van freight

Complete floor-loaded and roller-assisted deliveries

Handle live unloading and assigned freight

Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections

Follow DOT regulations and safety procedures

Maintain accurate delivery records

Requirements

Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)

New CDL-A graduates and experienced drivers welcome

Must live within the approved 70-mile hiring area

Ability to work day and night schedules

Available for occasional weekend and holiday deliveries

Willingness to handle physical freight unloading

Must meet applicable DOT and FMCSA requirements
