A Day in the Life

Join our pressroom in Brooklyn Park, MN and take the lead on producing crisp, consistent print on a narrow‑web flexographic line. You’ll arrive to a clean, well-organized bay, prep your job, dial in color and registration, and keep the press humming through changeovers and deadlines.

Tools You’ll Run

Our fleet includes narrow‑web presses such as Mark Andy, Symjet, and MPS.

Schedules Available

  • 4‑crew days: 12‑hour days, 6am–6pm; rotation shifts every 13 weeks from front‑of‑week to back‑of‑week.
  • Second shift: 2pm–10pm, Monday–Friday.

What You’ll Do

  • Set up, register, and operate narrow‑web flexo presses to deliver high‑quality output.
  • Continuously monitor color, registration, and throughput; make adjustments to stay on spec.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot press and mechanical issues.
  • Partner with teammates across production to meet schedules and output targets.
  • Accurately record run data, materials, and variances; communicate issues promptly.
  • Follow safety protocols and quality procedures throughout the process.

What You Bring

  • High school diploma or GED; technical printing coursework preferred.
  • Hands‑on experience operating narrow‑web flexographic equipment or similar machinery.
  • Working knowledge of flexo process, substrates, inks, anilox, and press controls.
  • Mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and preventative maintenance skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and dedication to quality.
  • Clear communicator who collaborates well in a team environment.
