A day in this role

As our Electro-Mechanical Reliability Technician, you’ll arrive on site in Pensacola ready to keep critical utilities and production assets running. Reporting to the Director, Facilities & Engineering, you’ll diagnose issues on computer-controlled lines, bring boilers and chillers back to spec, document your work in our CMMS, and partner across the facilities team to prevent future downtime.

Schedule: Day shift, 5:45 am – 6:15 pm, rotating 2-2-3 Pittman schedule. This is a fully on-site position.

What you’ll tackle

• Lead with an electrical focus while performing multi-craft maintenance across plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues on computer-controlled process lines, pneumatic and electrically actuated control systems, pumps, and related assets.
• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on production, facility, and auxiliary systems including boilers, air compressors, air handlers, chillers, pumps/motors, cooling towers, and purified water treatment systems.
• Accurately log work in SAP/CMMS and prepare clear maintenance reports.

What you bring

• 4+ years in an industrial plant or field maintenance role (e.g., maintenance technician/mechanic, electrician, multi-craft tech, engineering technician).
• Strong electrical expertise and hands-on troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency documenting maintenance activities in a CMMS.

Bonus experience: PLCs and logical controls (including programming tools), and diagnosing programmable frequency drives (VFDs) and their process interactions.
